New Full Repairing & Insuring Leases for a term by arrangement, direct from the freeholder.

Leases to exclude the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 relating to security of tenure & compensation.

OUTGOINGS

  • Rent                   -  Quoting terms on application to the sole agents.
  • Rates                 -  Details upon request
  • Service Charge  -  £5.91 per sq ft (Budget 2017) incl. insurance
  • Tavistock House is NOT elected for VAT

 

Legal costs – each party to bear their own legal costs in any transaction.

Possession – immediate upon completion of legal formalities.

Thompson Yates for themselves and for the lessors of the property whose agents they are give notice that,
